Felt like drawing today, but this piece of sketch took me 5 hours....(sigh)

astronomy project

game board

this project is a game that help people learn about astronomy facts.

I design the game board base on H-R diagram

basically you answer question from the cards to gain solar mass

and the first one who get to 50 solar mass ( the minimum mass for a star's ultimate fate to be a black hole) will win the game

and place them on the board to make it more lively and attract kids' attention

some idea for my astronomy project...which have to be done by next Tuesday

I'm trying to make a simple game that teach kids about the life cycle of stars

but this is all I got....kinda screwed....Orz

I came across this artist, Laura Laine, a couple of days ago, 

and I fell in love with her style immediately!! 

Her details of the characters are so realistic,

and yet the characters themselves are cartoon-like.

就像再捏黏土的感覺~很容易上手

started with line drawing then apply the value...but still got a lot of trouble get the value right

i spent more time on this one but it looks less finished then last one....

need to work on this kind of thing more...

it seems easier for me to draw on paper than tablet...

i guess i just need to get use to this
