IDEO atm design. I like the way it can be use much better, you don't have to worry as much that people is watching u be hind your back, and the interface is interesting, too~
interesting picture, using light to tell a story...
this is such an elegant piece of furniture
its very sculptural. The contrast between its organic seat and geometric bottom are beautifully resolved.
the transition are so clean and subtle. I love it~!!

inspiration of the day 12
Ferrari, I really like this color, a grayish green, not as showy as the iconic Ferrari red but very decent looking
Another Aston Martin~ it got a very sophisticated but quiet form
I just think the font looks kinda cool~ any graphic people can comment on this?

and btw...courier is not gonna be out there anytime soon...

Microsoft Courier "Digital Journal"
雖然已經在facebook上面share過了
但是我真的是愛這台東東到不行阿~~~~~~~
ipad跟這個根本不能比的說=w=
這種電子sketchbook的概念真的是太讚~!!!
有這個東西幾乎可以不用常常換sketchbook因為用完了
如果容量滿了我相信也可以backup到電腦裡讓courier釋放出更多空間
而且只要用一隻筆就可以代替各式各樣的筆刷和顏色 (就像sketchbook pro~!!)
拼貼也不用膠水把手弄的黏乎乎的XD, 還能調整大小
可以拍照也可以上網找資料~
這種東西不是用來聽音樂看電影玩遊戲的~整個就比ipad實用多了>
希望這種東西能早點出來...
(所以等工作賺錢買的起的時候已經是更新過好幾代的了XDDDD)
也希望真的會看起來那麼漂亮, 幾乎沒有現在電腦windows的fu~
anyway~祝大家有productive的一天XDDD

IESNYC: Liminal Luminosity

this Tuesday, our design class went to this IESNYC's lighting competition
we had to get up early and go to the city in the morning
we arrived the place at 8 o'clock (we usually don't wake up till 8:30 or later...)
anyway...it is an interesting experience
we get there and start to setting up our lighting fixtures, putting up the presentation boards
its pretty smooth process then we had expected (you always have to prepare for the worst scenario anyway...=w=)
after setting up we just went back to school, finish the afternoon class then go back again~
at night, the reception is like a high end party kind of stuff...
people are dringking and eating some snacky food (there's a crunchy bread tast real~~ly good)
it is interesting to see how different school and people approch the same topic given
the topic is Liminal Luminosity
"Construct a 3-dimensional study to show how light facilitates, defines, or bridges a point of transition."

resonance
this is a great video showing how people get their ideas
and how they implement the idea
it also talk about how the "right idea" should be resonance with the user
things they design can be new product, new process, even new business
i wish you would enjoyed it~^^

兩個有點..點點的concept video
這兩個是未來UI的創意....看得我有點..點點點
因為太神了一點....這樣看起來比較像人活在電腦的世界裡面...像matrix那樣...
現實跟虛擬已經沒有什麼分別了...感覺還是有點給他詭異....

where is this...i want to check it out=w=+
it seems to be a interesting store with lots of high tech toy to play with~XD
it looks like it would feel different from apple stores....i guess.....

GE augmented reality
既然jody問了..怎麼可以不試試看咧!!(自己想玩就說不用找藉口...=w=)
我用tracing papaer畫下大概的圖片然後用sharpie塗黑
因為有點透明他是認不出來的, 所以在後面加了張白紙
上面那個是風車的版本, 還有一個是太陽能版
這東西的反應不算超級靈敏, 不知道是因為我的webcam還是電腦還是網路還是他那個application的關係=w=+
不過還是很好玩~~~~~~XD

現在越來越多人有了手機就不需要家用電話了
其實那只是intel侵略家庭計畫的第一小步kukuku~(啥..= =|||)
下面的這個影片才是他們真正的目的阿~阿~哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈(瘋了)
我很喜歡前面黑人演的那段~感覺很有fu~
所以intel要把阿童木(atom)塞到家用電話裡讓他進化~!!!! (冷...)
家用電話會變成像是media center之類的東西...看影片吧=2=~
不過我覺得最後面說 "o yeah and its a phone, too" 讓我想到iphone廣告說的" 你可能會忘記他也是隻相當神奇的手機" (這句話有點多餘但還是講了...是因為這樣所以英文報告要重寫嗎...T^T)
反正這個東東看起來挺好玩的=w=

Microsoft's Future Vision
這是微軟對2019年世界電腦發展的概念
這基本上整個人造的環境都是可以互動的了吧....
然後什麼都要摸一下=w=
然後物理世界跟虛擬世界基本像是平行世界了....(數碼寶貝!?)
然後cloud computing阿~現在很熱門的東西到那時候都會變得習以為常
像surface到處有
以前比爾蓋茲的願望是每個桌面上都有台PC
現在微軟想要把每個surface都變成surface....(這句話有講跟沒講一樣= =)
反正就是每個表面都變成電腦...還是很爛的一句話...算了= =
我做不出我的4D拉....把宿舍的插座炸了...沒電沒燈= =
來到lab還是繼續用我的手提電腦...大電腦就放在那裡發呆= =
痾....才說他就熄掉了....好啦...只是覺得這個影片挺好玩的根大家分享一下
之前我看過DOCOMO之類的...反正是日本的...說2010還是什麼時候的影片
youtube上有...不過跟現在還是有點差距....

很讚的空間設計~讓我很想真的到像那樣的地方逛逛XD
